Orders are usually dispatched within 1 – 2 business days, unless shipping delays are displayed on the product page. Delivery usually takes 3 to 7 days depending on location. All shipping is completed using Australia Post and includes tracking and insurance.
RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
We will repair, replace or refund as appropriate (in accordance with what would normally be expected for the type and cost of the item) if your goods are:
In addition to the Consumer Guarantees, we will gladly refund or exchange goods purchased from us if returned for any other reason, providing the goods are returned within 10 days from the date of receipt, and the goods are in original condition and in the original packaging.

To initiate a return, email us at email@example.com providing your name, contact phone number, invoice number, product details and reason for the return.
Items must be received by Size Music within 10 business days of the date you lodge your return request. Return freight costs will be at your expense. Returned items will remain your responsibility during transit. Size Music will not accept liability for damage which may occur during transit. Please pack your returned items carefully.
After receiving the returned items, Size Music will issue a refund, exchange or repair the item according to your preference, and what is deemed appropriate by Size Music.
Once approved, refunds will be made within 2 business days via the same method as payment was made. You will be notified via email once your refund has been processed.
